Keto Curry Fried Rice

I like to take the leftover Japanese fried rice and turn it into Curry fried rice the next day. All I need to add is the following:

• Tumeric

• Cayenne

• Garam

Keto 3-Cheese 🧀 Cauliflower

A staple OMAD side dish for those of us that love Mac and Cheese 🧀.

• 1 head Boiled Cauliflower Chopped

• 50g Sharp Cheddar

• 50g English Cheddar

• 1oz Cream Cheese

• 1 Cup Heavy Cream

• Black Pepper

Japanese Fried Rice

My favorite dish when I was living in Japan 🇯🇵 was fried rice. This is my keto version of the same dish made with cauliflower rice.

• scramble eggs

• onions 🧅

• shallots

• green peppers

• white pepper

• coconut aminos

• sesame oil
