Gina, did you know that BMG, the label Louis is signed with, is being sold to Azoff?
So both Louis & Harry will be tied to these men? What the hell does this mean for both of their futures? Is this why Louis has actually been given the opportunities this go around?

That TikTok is a bit too much of a headcanon for me to get behind. And I don't see anything online confirming what she says. But I did a bit of digging, and this is what I've found (which, if I"m understanding things, is very different from her summation):
BMG Rights Management is reportedly in discussions to acquire Concord, in a deal that would bring together two of the world’s biggest independent music companies. Bloomberg broke the news on Thursday (January 29), reporting that the potential transaction could be worth up to $7 billion. Billboard separately reported that the company could sell for more than $6.6 billion, citing its own sources close to the negotiations. BMG is a division of German media giant Bertelsmann. Concord previously explored a sale in 2022, turning down offers of around $5 billion. The two parties are understood to be working through the financial structure of a potential agreement, though Bloomberg notes the companies may not reach a deal. [...] The merged company would rank among the largest music businesses globally, potentially positioning it as a fourth ‘major’ alongside Universal Music Group, Sony Music Entertainment, and Warner Music Group. [...] BMG has invested approximately €1.2 billion ($1.4 billion) in music rights acquisitions since 2021, Bloomberg noted, completing 17 catalog deals in the first half of 2025 alone.

Concord has made a strategic investment in Giant Music, the independent record label founded by The Azoff Company. Details around the investment, including the size of the deal, weren’t disclosed in the press release issued by the companies on Wednesday (January 21). In addition to receiving investment from Concord, Giant has entered into a global distribution partnership with Los Angeles-based Stem, which was acquired by Concord in 2025. Giant Music, according to Wednesday’s press release, “will continue to operate independently while benefiting from Concord’s investment and Stem’s global infrastructure”. The announcement added that Concord’s investment “further strengthens the Giant’s position as a top independent label while maintaining full creative and operational autonomy”. Launched in 2022, Giant’s roster includes rising artists across pop, rock, and hip-hop, including platinum-selling artists Cash Cobain, Ruel, and more. Concord said that its investment will further “supercharge Giant’s continued expansion across artist development, marketing, and global reach”. On the distribution front, Concord said that Stem will serve as Giant’s worldwide distribution partner, “supporting the label with the infrastructure, expertise, and hands-on execution needed to scale”. The announcement added that “Stem will work alongside Giant as a true partner, combining music-first strategy, technology, and agility to help its artists build sustainable, long-term careers”. “This evolution of Giant Records will not only be a game changer for the artists on our roster but also the next generation of independent artists we are lucky enough to work with.” - Jeffrey Azoff

So, rather than Irving buying BMG, which is what that TikTok says, it looks like BMG is buying Concord, which also has a stake in Irving's label Giant Music (so Giant Music would presumably become part of BMG).
I don't really understand how this would lead to either Harry or Louis leaving music forever, as she states. But maybe there's something I'm missing.
Mitch Rowland's album was released through Erskine Records and Giant Music. That's the only way I currently see that H is connected. But it's all likely developing, and we'll see what comes next. Here's my GIANT MUSIC tag.
