... Damn ... the audacity of these "salters" tho
So I was just casually scrolling through the DCU X Miraculous Ladybug of Ao3, as one does. Going through the motions when ... lo and behold... the 'Justice League Bashing" tag greeted me.
Never have I encountered such a section of a fanbase that has bashed a whole-ass superhero organization in a crossover, well until now.
Well, technically I have, but those stories weren't tagged as such.
I do wonder how fans of Hal Jordan would react to the way Hal was portrayed in those stories, yes stories.
Hal Jordan, a military man via his induction into the Green Lantern Corps, trained to investigate anything that tips him off regardless of how ridiculous it is. He is portrayed as a man who dismisses everything about Paris because there were no lasting effects in the city of Lights through Ladybug's Miraculous Cure.
Hal Jordan, and really any member of the Green Lantern corps, are the only people who would agree to Batman's contingency plans against the other heroes where every other hero would view it as a knife to their backs.
I can understand Justice League bashing stories happen because they love to put the Batfamily on a pedestal, which is also what happened here, ironic considering Batman abhors magic of any kind. (It's what I also find weird in a lot of Batman adopts Captain Marvel fics but then again Duke Thomas exists)
I really had no point to make other than sharing my frustration of the Miraculous Ladybug salters and the fact that they portrayed Hal Jordan as some half-wit side kick and would dismiss the Akuma attacks in Paris.
The Birth of a New Generation of Wasps.
These wasps are obnoxious, sore winners, and will rub into everyone’s faces how canon their ship is.
Not that the previous generations of wasps weren’t obnoxious before, but they knew when to limit themselves, relatively speaking.
Eh what can I do, as I said they’re an obnoxious bunch
Oh yay! great! They kissed!
Now, we can leave that behind and get back to the plot, kill Weiss or Jaune, or Ruby for all I care, just get back to the plot.
good for you
It’s not representation.
All I see are posts of a certain scene happening for certain characters in the tag. I was right, they never really cared about the plot, all they cared are their ships.Â
CRWBY is certainly pandering to that side of the FANDUMB, oh well, never expected great things from them anyway.

Something in common.
I noticed something in common between the RWBY fandom and the Miraculous Ladybug fandom. It’s that both fandoms tend to hate on their show’s male characters.
I’m calling it now, people will salt about Adrien Agreste/Chat Noir saving the day in Dearest Family
These people can’t exactly see the good things Adrien has done, according to them, he’s the “white boy incel who has daddy issues”
I just woke up, and immediately saw Adrien Salt.
Like seriously, they took Plagg’s words of “perfect son” and “want to have some fun” out of context.
Like wow.
NGL, this is a lot worse than what the Takari shippers did to Davis during Digimon Adventure 02.
