I don't think spamtenna and nicepants are doomed by narrative, at least not by Tenna and Blue Ears/Nice Cream Guy's part. Doomed by narrative is predetermined and inevitable. Tenna and Blue Ears/Nicecream Guy are dooming the narrative themselves through their actions lmao
Stopping hanging out with someone who's deceiving and catfishing your friend because they think it's funny, is quite avoidable.
Stopping catfishing your friend because he's only happy because he thinks it's real, but you're fully aware it's a farce and that happiness will end when he finds out the truth, is quite avoidable.
Following your partner and check him when he's scared about something you *KNEW* was going to happen instead of picking up the phone and vilifying him is quite avoidable.
Recognizing your partner but choosing to humiliate his new appearance instead of accepting help from the only person you knew who wanted to help you... is also quite avoidable.
I love spamtenna and nicepants, I just don't like it when the fandom take away the responsibilities and agency of Blue Ears/Nicecream Guy and Tenna to blame the narrative just because they have bubbly personalities.
