I’m not sure if this will help you but I’d try cleaning it, putting some baby powder on it and covering it with a bandaid or whatever. That always helps me. Good luck!
I've been gently cleaning it with a washcloth a couple times a day with a washcloth, but I don't have baby powder or band-aids big enough for it :/ I've also been keeping my legs apart as much as possible when I'm not wearing clothes (i.e. sleeping in the jumping-jack position, and yes, I sleep naked holla) but that's as much as I've been able to do for it at the moment.
