Lemme just pause for a Weight Watchers moment:
Can I just say that I’m pretty proud of myself here? I gave myself the challenge of tracking every weekday in March, and aiming for all blue dots on those days. I gave myself free reign on the weekends, because I know myself and I tend to self sabotage so being able to say “just wait until Saturday and you can eat that” is a HUGE help. I know I should be eating healthy ALL the time, but baby steps.
And lookit all those blue dots! Only two days missed! The 17th was because we had our St. Patrick’s Day parties at work and I can’t resist little kids asking me to share their treats with them, so I had too many cookies and cupcakes (but honestly not that many). And the 29th was because I had an awful 24hr stomach bug and the only thing I ate and (mostly) kept down all day was a banana.
Next up: April. I’m aiming for the same blue dot challenge, but challenging myself to track on the weekends. Still free reign and I can go over without guilt (ha. hahaha. there will always be guilt), but I really want to track. I’m admittedly off to a bad start since I haven’t tracked all weekend, but....baby steps!
