This is Incredible Blue Sodalite marble From Brazil.

From what I have managed to gather, this game possibly had less than 1000 total downloads when it disappeared, which means spreading the word is going to be crucial to finding Blue Marble. The developer, @geezerflakes, got back to me and was very kind! But sadly no longer has an accessible copy.

To anyone interested, there is way more information over on the reddit thread. Oh, and let this be a lesson: hoard indie games! Stick 'em in your dropbox! Stick 'em in your Onedrive and proton drive and google drive. Burn them to M-discs. Hand-chisel the source code into stone tablets to be buried in the sands of Egypt.
