Ingredients: 8 slices bread. 1 lb bacon, cooked crisp. 2 large tomatoes, sliced. 4 cups lettuce leaves. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to a small bowl. Mix these ingredients together to make garlic and sun-dried tomato mayo. Toast the pieces of bread until they turn golden brown. You should put a lot of garlic and sun-dried tomato mayo on each toasted piece of bread.
