Yay! That is so exciting! Video editing sounds great, and it sounds like there are others who are interested in the sound editing aspects of it. :) As far as software is concerned, I imagine the people interested in video editing will have to talk with one another about what one(s) will work best, and how this can be done well through collaborative means.
