Honestly I can take it a step further: magic never has an explanation. It can have rules (see: Mistborn) but the explanation is always going to be “because magic”, just with various levels of obfuscation tacked on.

4) With which character do you most identify?

Elsa. Without a doubt. Not just because she’s an older sister like I am (to a sister who is also very much like Anna), but because her mannerisms and personality come very close to mine. That idea that you have to be perfect, the anxiety and stressing over details, and her desire to just let loose every now and then because of those pressures - man, do I relate. I also adore her creativity, another thing she and I share.

10) What is your favorite song from Frozen?

I said “Let it Go” was my favourite scene in a previous ask, but mostly for the animation. Would it be cheating if I answered it again here, but this time for the song and Idina Menzel’s incredible voice?

🌺 which languages do you know? which do you want to learn? 

I only really know English. I took German in school and I’d like to be good enough to actually hold a conversation in it, but it turns out learning to speak a second language is really freaking hard. (I know somebody who’s learning German right now as his fourth language and frankly I don’t know how his head isn’t exploding yet)
