((Today's the 20th anniversary of Cosmo's debut in the US! And has bee implementing as CHZ Cosmo's 'Bloom Day' where as the date Cosmic Rush began was her 'Seed Day'. I think it also works out since it's pretty close to when CHZ Cosmo had debuted on September 9th for Americans if she had really first appeared in the original Sonic Adventure
So here she is surrounded by good friends for what she considers more properly her birthday. Even Shadow showed up, which may or may not have been encouraged by Rouge to help make Cosmo's day even more special!))
