I noticed that there are tons of veggies in the stores still. There is literally no excuse for not eating them any way you can. The vitamins and nutrients we need right now should be reason enough for you to put your big kid pants on and figure this out. Today I blended cooked kale, raw beets, grapefruit, mango, pineapple, orange juice, water and papaya. Vitamin C heaven! Did it taste great? No but my body loved what it was being fed.
