It's when my brain static is crowding out all other signals. I'm treading water solely so I know I'm doing something, rather than feeling motivated enough to actually swim or get out of the pool.

hmmmm, it always feels more like i cant get my brain to stop? other comparisons: roller coaster drop, log ride, driving down the interstate at 80 mph through heavy traffic

so its not...knowing im doing something but more like my brain is screaming and since its in my head i cant cover my ears or ignore it

i mean i guess im sitting here, kinda thinking ‘is this what overstimulation feels like’ because as always google is useless and im not sure where else to start looking because i need more colorful descriptions of feelings than most websites give because the bland, factual ones make my eyes glaze over and my brain wiggle its way away from the description

Idk I think it's more about the kinds of friends u made. I went to a huge high school and I'm still friends with my core friend group.
