#blackout eclipse

Drew Blackout in the same style as I did the last Jigsaw art. He's supposed to be smirking arrogantly, but it looks like he's smirking in a more flirtatious way. Both are accurate, though, so lol interpret it how you want.

(It has been out for, like, six days, I am so sorry for not posting that here!)

Chapter 5 is my favourite out of the publicly released chapters so far! It features the bitter man himself, and the exposition chapters are completely done now!

So, since today is Valentine's Day, the holiday of love and romance, I decided to do some headcanons of my lovely Daycare Attendant OCs!

Jigsaw Eclipse

💘 >> Since Jigsaw is a hopeless romantic who would do anything for Reader, he would make Valentine's Day absolutely delightful for her!

💘 >> He would bake the best goods he could possibly make with what the ruined Pizzaplex has to offer. He would make Y/N's favourite treats.

💘 >> If possible, he would make her treats heart-shaped or put little heart sprinkles in them...or both!

💘 >> Jigsaw would find the best chocolates for Reader! Unless she doesn't like chocolate. Then he would come up with a better alternative.

💘 >> Although he is already very romantic and obsessively loving towards Y/N each day, he would go above and beyond to make sure he was extra romantic on Valentine's Day.

💘 >> He would try to find the perfect gift for Reader. If he couldn't find anything he thought would be suitable for her, he would make one!

💘 >> He would give Y/N an elaborate Valentine's Day card every year.

💘 >> He would probably decorate the room he shares with Reader with hand-crafted Valentine's Day decorations, as well as decorations from the Pizzaplex's storage.

💘 >> Jigsaw would treat Y/N to a wonderful massage at the end of the day.

Blackout Eclipse

💘 >> Blackout isn't a hopeless romantic and doesn't keep up much with human customs. If it weren't for the fact that the Pizzaplex is being decorated elaborately for the holiday, he would probably have no clue that Valentine's Day even happens.

💘 >> However, he would realize the importance of Valentine's Day and think that he should at least do a little something for Y/N...even if he has no clue how to go about it. He would feel obligated and assume it was something she cared about.

💘 >> Blackout would spend half the day deliberating what to do. He isn't the best at romantic gestures, but he wants to do something for Reader. He would be stumped for a while, trying to come up with an idea that she would like, but he would also have no idea how to go about presenting it due to his attitude and not wanting to "seem soft."

💘 >> He would take a few hours to verbally acknowledge the holiday and would do so rather awkwardly when he does.

💘 >> He would probably decide to go snag some treats for her. Things like Valentine's Day chocolates being sold in the Pizzaplex, and maybe some heart-shaped treats from the bakery as well.

💘 >> Blackout would awkwardly hand Y/N the food he found for her. He would tell her that a good lover always makes sure that their lover is cared for

💘 >> Despite his own words, he would have a hard time knowing how to accept the same thing from Reader herself.

I actually released it at 12 am yesterday, but I had a headache all day (still do), so I didn't make an announcement till now. My apologies for the late announcement!

Summary: Confused and disoriented after a mysterious fire burns your house down, you go to Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizzaplex to try to clear your mind. While there, you fall asleep by accident and wake up after hours to find that you are trapped there for the night. Blackout is a bitter, resentful, arrogant animatronic who has been forced to live in the shadows of the Pizzaplex since the day he first woke up in a strange, oddly-coloured spare daycare attendant body. The moment he went online, he was declared a virus codenamed "Blackout" and was hunted by the other animatronics. Since then, he has vowed to get his revenge and someday take full control of the Pizzaplex. When Blackout finds you, he declares that you are his servant and makes you live with him in the daycare's basement, hidden from everyone else. But as time passes, he grows attached to you. Despite wanting to remain in control, he finds himself caring about you more than he can admit...even to himself. (Blackout is a Glitchworld arcade Eclipse OC! I am trying to do updates every Saturday!)

As far as progress goes and how I feel about the story, I’m liking it so far! The story will be the same length as Within The Rubble, which was originally going to be 50 chapters but looks like it’ll be 60 (excluding the prologue and epilogues).

Blackout is an arrogant dick who hates pretty much everyone, yet he can’t leave the Reader after finding out what happened to her (spoilers hehe). He secretly wants to help her, though he won’t outright admit it. He starts masking these feelings entirely behind a facade of desiring control over her, but he wants to “rule over the Pizzaplex” alongside her and believes that him controlling it all will ensure her safety.

I will be using this cover on the Quotev and Wattpad versions. But, as usual, I will first be uploading it on A03! In the meantime, I am still heavily working on Within the Rubble, so feel free to check out that fic with my precious Jigsaw Eclipse while you wait!~
