🐟 Miso baked cod with vegetables 🐟 I ❤️ miso black cod and always order it if it's on a menu (if the purse strings allow!). I always thought it was a complex recipe though so never bothered with it, until I recently discovered an easy home cooked version. Simply make the miso marinade and bung it in the oven. It's really really simple to do! ~ Ingredients: - 2 cod fillets - 2 tbsp miso paste - 2 tsp low salt soy sauce - 2 tsp maple syrup - 2 tbsp lemon juice - Rice and veg to serve ~ Directions: 🌿 Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C. 🌿 Combine the miso paste, soy sauce, maple syrup and lemon juice to create a marinade. 🌿 Rub the marinade over the cod fillets then cover and chill in the fridge for 10 minutes (or as long as possible). 🌿 Line a baking sheet with grease proof paper and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
