Summary: Prince Akoya of Perla is a spoilt prince who wants for nothing. He can do as he pleases, and likes to maintain an image of absolute perfection.
Yet upon his eighteenth birthday, he is given a nasty surprise, a surprise that ruins his entire day--and could potentially ruin his whole life.
Ironic, then, that it is through this surprise that he receives the most beautiful gift of all: a gift that could change his life for the better.
A gift through which he will finally find a purpose, and a passion.
Notes: I've been sitting on this idea since last summer, but haven't had time to work on it. Then I was burned out from all of last year's writing, and then I started writing something else.... Then I happened to mention this fic to @mostlikelytofangirl and the akorima bug got me bigtime.
Be prepared for a very spoilt, childish, dislikeable Akoya in the first couple of chapters. He is an idiot, and it's time for him to grow up.
