This is the part of my profile where I "do things I don't know how to do." Like swing kettlebells around. Beyond a classik KB Swing, I'm terrible at not whacking myself on the wrist and my hands are so trashed from climbing that the swing of the handle is actually quite uncomfortable on my skin. I'm trying to emulate a #functionalpatterns video and still figuring it out. . My purpose is to sort out some shoulder tightness, internal rotation and instability, so I'm playing with traction and stacking moves tonight. My spine looks bouncy and I don't have a sense of consistency on how to land the tucking arm. I'm thinking about sliding the shoulder up, depressing the scapula and engaging the serratus anterior. .
