have just encountered a blog that seems to be run by ai (I don't know if this is possible? maybe someone is running it but just having ai write every post?) & it seems as if it was trained on nothing but some combo of tumblr journal-style posts and maybe comment sections of instagram or something? in any case, surreal.. incomprehensible due to- wait omg. the text of many of the posts on it follow the pattern of 'make multiple posts on the same topic as you go about your day, as if anyone who reads the latest one will already have read the previous posts'. except, due to the way it seems as if it was ai trained on the style of tumblr posts, & is not a human that can parse the context of 'these multiple separate posts are connected by this particular topic/this particular person who's posted them'. so it's essentially taking one post that reads like:
also, I didnβt get groceries today. got sidetracked by coffee mug quest & then had to go to work. lunch is gonna be.. great
& it's interpreting stuff like this as a complete piece of writing to emulate & treat as a stand-alone post that it will be able to write something very much like this, but any attempt it makes to copy this won't make any sense because this original text would only make some vague semblance of sense to anyone who hasn't seen what else I posted today
