          Six eyes gaze WIDELY down at the human being standing before him. Their flashlight had dropped from their hand, and they had froze at the sight of the non-human being.  Abandoned buildings, they mentally noted, were hereby not to always be trusted to be completely empty.          The only sound that leaves the mouthless being comes from the device around their neck, translating conscious thought to verbal speech for the benefit of non-telepathic beings. He hadn’t expect to run into any humans here, but... he’d always liked to be prepared -- because you never know. Most didn’t take well to Their form of communication, via directly into the mind.         A quiet, generic sounding voice; yet somehow... Soothing, in it’s own respects-- tumbles out of the translator before he could even think of anything otherwise.                                                                                   “ ——  O h     D e a r .  ”            Merely two words come forth; no intelligence behind them to speak of; but instead, pure and simple Alarm.
