((So, I hinted at this a little bit earlier, but don't think I've directly addressed it. Piper's growth is a little bit stunted. It's okay, though; she'll probably be normal-sized (for a Squeek) by the time she's done growing. Bitony went through the same when she was little, pretty much for the same reason.))

((Bitony spends much of her free time working on crafts; usually accessories like pins or barrettes. She made the daisy barrettes that Piper likes wearing. She’ll also carve beads, which is pretty common among the Little Skull Mousers.
As you might expect, she’ll trade extras for supplies, food, or other things they happen to need, or Mowzin will help her sell them overseas.))
