@bitofthisandthat (for Morgana)
It was sharp and unlike any sort of raven call one would say they could hear. It cut through the night, and the small roll of thunder that rumbled did little to drown out the call.
It was only a moment later that the Raven would make its presence known on the windowsill. It would tap at the window, giving its odd call once again. It didn't know why it was here, only that it felt... Drawn to this place.
It's reflection would shine in the window, and two noticeable things would mark this bird apart from just another Raven. The first would be what would appear to be what looked like a tuff of hair on its head. Not feathers, but hair, a gorgeous purple streak running through it.
The second would be its eyes.
The wouldn't be the cold, somewhat unfocused black eyes of a normal raven, but instead were a shocking deep yellow, the irises of the bird not a normal round shape... But triangles.
It pecked at the window again, its cry ringing out once again, almost... Almost as if it was trying to say a single word.
"CAW! Magi-CAW! MAGI-CAW!"
