Saw your post on lesbians/bi/febfem and as a bi feminist I completely agree. I used to think I was a lesbian, but then I realized most men you'll bump into irl just are not that attractive dhdhd. I also wish people just respected that lesbianism is lesbianism and while bi women and lesbians share some experiences, we've got our own things going on. I think especially a lot of bi women think they're gay because "trans women are women and some lesbians like dick," which infuriates me. It's fine to be bisexual, and I hope more bi women learn to lean into their attraction for women without thinking they need the lesbian label for that attraction to be valid.
Yes! I completely agree!!!
I also often hear from many bisexual women that they would prefer "not to be attracted to men" because, when they are attracted to women, they find it repulsive to realize how many men are inhumane scumbags. I understand this frustration, but I want to break down the rhetoric of political "lesbians" and say that your attraction has nothing to do with the person you are attracted to. I've often been attracted to girls who ended up being abusers, just as bad as men, but that doesn't make me a "lesbian failure." Similarly, bisexual women being attracted to men doesn't make them "bisexual failures," it's just that men are shit. I think being a man is a source of shame, as they manage to drive a wedge between those who have no interest in them(lesbians) and those who give them a chance and may fall in love(hets/bis). Like they're so pathetic in their egoism lmfao
My bisexual sisters, your attraction is your gift. It is your unique trait that has given you your unique experience.
Don't let men define your identity. Speak about your orientation and your experiences as boldly and loudly as you can. If you don't speak about it, others will speak for you.
Let's listen to each other and live in peace and harmony i beg you jhjshakaj
Lesbisexual solidarity for the massesđź’Şđź’Ş
dating sapphic after being with a cishet man for seven years has me FUCKED UPPPP.
Why is everyone so nice and complimentary? Why do you want to know me? I don't have to constantly wonder why you aren't initiating contact (physical, emotional)? It's lowkey triggering tf out of me because I really let myself be treated like I wasn't worth any effort, any desire, any passion or genuine care for seven fucking years.
Watching Castlevania is riveting as a bisexual.
What a bi-cycle is:
The term some bisexual people use to describe the way their attraction fluctuates between genders
Completely normal
A fun way to get around town if you remove the hyphen
What a bi-cycle is NOT:
Something every bisexual person experiences
Something people who do have a bi-cycle experience all the time forever
Not being fulfilled by your partner
An inability to be monogamous
The desire to cheat
An “expiration date” on a relationship
Being actually gay/straight

Discovered a new song that I’m now obsessed with and it sparked a Jinwoo x Jinchul one night stand fic idea. So now I’m 4 paragraphs in of just Jinwoo’s POV describing Jinchul’s beauty lol
I’m thinking something like this:
Prior to their little tussle, Jinwoo already had some feelings for Jinchul but they were messy and unorganized. He didn’t quite grasp what those feelings were until that night. It’s not like he’s ever been romantically attracted to a man until Jinchul. Sexually sure, that’s easier to figure out compared to abstract feelings that don’t happen as often. But even then, he did struggle to figure out he was bi. It was a confusing back and forth battle.
Meanwhile Jinchul just did not think about his feelings. Dismissing them as just fleeting thoughts due to the other’s attractiveness, even when they first met with his adorable round eyes. He’s just another hunter that Jinchul has to keep an eye on, just one that’s more interesting than the others is all. Those are the lies Jinchul told himself. But those lies became harder and harder to believe after their one night stand.
Anyways, just idiots that don’t know they’re in love and had sex before the confession. If I can, think I might add in my bi discovery experience for Jinwoo. It’s probably a common one too.
15 year old me: Girls r pretty and other girls always say so. Why wouldn’t other girls look at the girl too in porn? Or seek specificity seek out girl x girl? Etc. It’s normal. I like guys so I can’t be a lesbian.
* Discovers the word bi and all those other girls did in fact, not think the way I did. *
Update: Think I added in too much sexuality discovery info for the both of them… getting a little side tracked…
thinking about how my adolescence was obikin coded because I was in love with a boy but then after years I realised that I was in love with my best friend but since we were besties I thought no we just know each other more intimately than sisters you know I kissed her hair, I only thought about her, I had to hear from her every day, I was jealous, I imagined having sex with her, I considered her my sister, I couldn't live without her, we did everything together and I was like she's really my best friend, I love her so much 🤩🤩🤩🤩
it really is a sapphic canon event falling in love with your bestie but thinking you love her as a friend is it not
I like my men sad and covered in their own blood and I like my women sad and covered in my blood
