How did you come to join the GO-Events Server?
I joined for the AU event.
What do you enjoy about the GO-Events Server?
I'm continually thrilled by the supportive environment of the server, and by the way people learn, teach, ask for boundaries, and support others' boundaries with respect. It's a great environment, in large part because we have great leadership that sets the tone. The encouragement to pursue every crazy little feral idea has led to some of the funniest, wildest most romantic and sometimes sexiest fics that showcase the imagination of the fandom in the best possible way. It's a space that makes us feel like we can make art, and makes us want to make more!
What's been your favorite of the GO Events so far, and why?
I watched in awe as the rom coms unfolded, and then got to dive in with AU's. The regular NTA's and WIP Wednesdays and all the other little spontaneous collaborations and projects that have emerged have blown my mind! So much great work has been generated by the positive energy of this server.

How did you come to join the GO-Events Server?
Just as the RomCom event was kicking off Summer posted it on her Tumblr and I thought to myself, this could be a lark. I had no idea that I would make friends and gain so much emotional support!
What do you enjoy about the GO-Events Server? Favorite channels or anecdotes?
My favorite channel is actually the body image discussion channel. I think the way we come together in that space and talk about how to reform the way we feel about ourselves is beautiful.

What do you enjoy about the GO-Events Server?
This server offers so many chances to scream together, rec together, get serious and significant together, and most of all have fun together. I love seeing so much enthusiasm, kindness, welcome, and sharing the joy of creating and appreciating art!
What's been your favorite of the GO Events so far, and why?
Hard to choose just one, but I think GO Rom Com and GO AUMens have dazzled me thoroughly - so many stories, so many great writers and ideas, so much shared enthusiasm!
Do you have a favorite of bisasterdi's fics? Which one is it, and why?
Faking It, as a favorite style of AU, and because the characterization and storyline are so so good.
Any other comments of appreciation?
The server must take so much more time than it seems, but Amanda never seems to find it a chore, and always takes care of both up front and behind the scenes elements - Amanda you've added so much to my world and my enjoyment this past year, and the service this is providing during the pandemic can't even be calculated. Thank you so much!!!!!
