My name is Ethan and I am a Wolfdog, Cameroceras, and Machine!

Here’s some basic info about me and my page! :D

⭐️I am nonhuman, and as for labels for my non-humanity I tend to use Therian and Alterhuman!

⭐️I am physically 22 years old, so please keep that in mind when interacting with us!

⭐️I have Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) and fully function as a system, but this account will only be used by me (Ethan)!

⭐️I am chronically ill and may vanish from the internet at a moments notice due to medical necessity, so please be patient with me!

This account is going to be used to post my written works as well as art of various mediums, mostly related to my nonhumanity and therianthropy!

I am mostly known off of tumblr for my YouTube and TikTok videos (posted under the same handle as here @BirdyDogs) but I actually tend to prefer writing my thoughts out than recording them haha. This page will be for my more… complex thoughts on Alterhumanity/philosophy that might be harder to get across to my YouTube + TikTok audiences. Which I guess to put it plainly—this is the more “boring” side of my platform haha. I personally identify as a Wolfdog Therian, a Werewolf/Lycanthrope, A Cameroceras Therian, and a Machine. When I say that I identify as these things, I am not deciding or choosing them as labels. I mean that I—in a literal sense—am these things. How this works exactly is unfortunately very complicated, and as such will be posted in more specifically dedicated posts.

I am NOT an expert on therianthropy or Alterhumanity and do NOT claim to be in any capacity! I am simply one of many resources available online that discusses a community that I am a part of! My thoughts and opinions are always updating and changing and I do my best to provide accurate and up to date information on my platforms, but I am only one being in this ocean of life, so my videos, posts, and other pieces are prone to becoming outdated and inaccurate. I do my best to correct and update information as I can, but I am chronically ill and the world moves very fast so in all honesty it can be hard for me to keep up 😅

I would label my professional work as a Therianthropy and Alterhumanity educator, a lost media archivist, and a meme historian! These labels are subjective and self-proclaimed so do take this with a grain of salt HAHA, but when I do finish my philosophy degree these are the labels I will gladly choose professionally :D

Haha yes yes!! I’ve had this account for years and years but never actually used it 😅 I’ve been trying to make more connections in the therian community lately, so I’ve been wandering around this site more than others and decided I liked it!

It’s easier to talk how I would actually like to on here. Which is to say phrasing/prose/detail wise, as my audience on other platforms is mostly kids/younger therians who may not understand things if I phrase them too complexly. So it’s a balancing act of getting accurate information out there while also making sure it’s understood and not misinterpreted.

That’s actually very very important on my pages more so than usual now, considering my “expert status” according to a certain internet resource website 😅

For the record, I do NOT consider myself an expert on therianthropy!! It is not something ANYONE can be an expert in!! It is simply an evolving topic of a certain set of experiences. It’s the same as saying, “I’m an expert in philosophy.” Or, “I’m an expert in psychology.” Like you might be well educated, but not on everything within that field. And you also can’t be fully expert-level educated on everything in that field either, so you are not an expert of that entire subject. Same thing here!

I just happen to be one of the few therians who post as much as I do and also talk about educational topics. My notoriety actually came from my art first, not my knowledge.

So for the past year or so, my educational posts have been few and far between. Mostly due to my ongoing health struggles. But in the meantime, I have been making sure I do as much research and gain as much information on therianthropy as possible so that when I return, I can post accurate therianthropy/alterhuman education videos.

Because with the size my platform has gotten to, it’s my responsibility to post accurate, up to date, and inclusive therian content! Since, unfortunately, there are many, many folks who just blindly listen to what I have to say now. Which I am personally not a fan of at all, but since that is the case I will at the very least provide the best information I can 😅

Anyway, tl;dr: I wanted to post here to talk more about therianthropy in detail, because I could easily be misunderstood elsewhere, and I can’t be misunderstood elsewhere with the authority I now have—for better or for worse—in this community. I also don’t consider myself to be the “expert on therianthropy” some folks now consider me as therianthropy is not a subject anyone can be an expert in!
