Egyptian Bird God
This is a digital remake of an old drawing i did a while back picturing a weird bird in the desert that for some reason it seemed to me like an Egyptian Bird God. And so i named it that.

Following my initial concept idea of having a bird like character as the storyteller for this project I started to look into references which could help me understand this concept more and further develop the idea. For this set of design practice I used some characters from a few stories I have previously came across.
A story which I quite like and am currently still watching is the manga “Birdmen” by Tanabe Yellow. I find the story quite unique and its interesting to have bird like creatures as a new species which are the focus of the whole storyline.
Other reference which can be seen above are from the anime’s “Yu Gi Yo” and “Boku no Hero Academy”.
Could it be. . . another legbird!?
