Rasmodius had not immediately seen the letter, though he felt the farmer’s presence in the area - and thought nothing of it, she was far from a threat and certainly welcome in his domain - but once he found the letter... purple brows rose sharply, headed for his bangs, and he made a small sound of concern. Urgent matter? Desperately need?

“B-but ma’am! He stole your purse!!!” The young man tried to explain to the woman he had just handed her said purse, a beatdown robber is lying on the wall next to them. Judging by the many bruises on the robber, it was obvious that he wasn’t let off the hook with just a warning. 

Everything happened so fast, the boy barely thought of his actions when he went straight to the robber, all he could think about was punishing the villain and give the woman the purse... he might have gone a bit too bar by using his quirk to slam the other onto the nearest wall.

The boy suddenly got surrounded by a group of people berating him, calling him violent and reckless, there were comments about the abuse of power that Heroes have and how they think they’re superior. This is honestly not how he expected his Provisional Hero License usage to go.
