this happens a lot but the most recent example is romantic pyrrha/nora in RWBY. and like, it’s so fucking obvious and There but i didn’t pay it any attention until recently? but i saw some cute fanart that made me Upset about how much nora loves pyrrha so now i’m All About That Ship.

KAI/WASH/TUCKER IN THE RVB FANDOM. it’s so frustrating where 2/3rds of your otp is the most popular ship in the fandom but there are literally only 20 fics that’s ot3. and rationally i know kai really only appeared in one season, but fandom has done more with less so?? chop chop fandom.
i want to see more finn positivity in the 100 fandom. like. goddamn. i’m not saying make him a fan fave but i wanna be able to read fics without him being an awful serial cheater or whatever awful trope they want filled. he’s not a hard character to write and he brings an interesting dynamic with a wide range of characters. like, i feel like he’s erased a lot to make way for another clarke or raven ship, but platonic finn/clarke and platonic finn/raven are two of my favorite relationship dynamics and fandom is SLEEPING ON THEM
other than those specific fandoms, i really just want more AUs and more relationship exploration. like, sure, tex/church is my otp give me for fic for that, but tex/york or church/kai friendship or LITERALLY ANYTHING THATS NOT GENERIC GRIMMONS ?? please. this goes for all fandom. the rarer the better.
