Satsuma Kuro Shima-Bijin Shochu (Kagoshima-Prefecture) Strong taste of sweet potatoes and matches with wide range of dishes; especially for beginners. Planned to make an (Oolong-Hai) Oolong tea with ice as mixed pairing with wood smoked bacon ham sandwich for dinner. Alternative due to have different type of taste you may also go for (Chu-Hai) lemon soda with ice as mixed as the taste goes well too.
