And the last drawing for the gym theme^^ This time it's with adult version of Nora^^ And chibi Tark and Beyana XD

As the goddess of chaos walked around the mansion after coming back from spying on the young Nephilim kid, she was greeted by her new follower…Zakum. He got tired of how Heaven was changing and decided to join her side. It was easy for Ghemora to convince him. Angels and demons were not used of the rapid changes of…the whole universe. On the other hand, the mortals were…which tended to surprise her.  

- Greetings, madam Ghemora. I’m waiting for your next orders. (Zakum)

- After what happened on Earth with your…. ex’s group of friends…you need to refine your skills so you could become useful. Beyana is probably training at the moment, go with her. She can certainly teach you a thing or two. I have other business to attend to. (Ghemora)

- As you wish my goddess. (Zakum)

Zakum left the room while Ghemora continued on the other side of the room. She was hearing some metal clashing not far from where she was. She followed this metal sound quietly. Once she reached where the sound was coming from, she could see her protégé…Nora. She was exercising her fighting skills with the third and last angel of Ghemora’s group. Both of them were being overwatched not by Tark but by the second demon. However, Ghemora could see Nora was pushing herself too much. Even though she helped Nora evolving as a human, she was still a mere mortal with limits.

- Apparently, Nora does take her training seriously today. (Ghemora)

- Mistress. Good to see you here. (???)

- Hi Kylana. How is it going with Nora and Elyon? (Ghemora)

- It’s the mortal kid who wanted to practice with Elyon. He doesn’t understand why he should but since it’s your protégé, he accepted. At first, he was bored and bothered by her. But now, I think he appreciates her spirit. (Kylana)

- That’s why I chose her. We are all too powerful and we can’t really perform any stealthier missions…not as good as someone like Nora. She can disguise herself very well among the humans. (Ghemora)

- I still believe Elyon, Nora and Beyana are acting too serious all the time. They should relax…not acting like Tark of course. But they could take some breaks. (Kylana)

- I need my agents to always be ready and at full strength…which means you are right. Over exhaustion wouldn’t help. (Ghemora)

As both of them were talking, Nora was sweating a lot and was close to faint or pass out from tiredness. Yet, she suddenly felt a bit revigorated. She turned around and finally noticed her boss standing next to Kylana. She was surely using her power on her.

- Elyon and Nora. That’s enough for now. (Ghemora)

- Fair enough. This human kid has spirit. I had my doubts but she has potential and her last missions were a success to prove it. (Elyon)

- But boss! I have to keep training! It’s the only way I can keep up with all of you! (Nora)

Ghemora changed her expression and tone when looking at Nora.

- Nora. You are a child. A mortal one. Even with my gifts, you are still mortal. I’m very impressed by your accomplishments, by your determination and by your energy. (Ghemora)

- Thanks, I…(Nora)

- But I can’t allow you to destroy your body and your mental by pushing over and over your limits like that. I prepared you a schedule, you have to respect it for your own good. And now is the time for you to rest. (Ghemora)

There was a moment of silence before Nora sighed and put away her axe. She stretched her arms and legs. Then, she respectfully thanked Elyon for the session and approached Kylana and Ghemora.

- What’s next? (Nora)

- Normally, a meal and your academic lessons. You have much to learn. This time, you have the permission to take a nap between your meal and your lessons. (Ghemora)

- Understood boss. (Nora)

- Come with me for your meal. I order some food. (Ghemora)

The demon Kylana giggled when she heard that. Elyon also had a small hidden smirk.

- The great goddess of chaos can’t even cook. She ordered from the mortals! Unbelievable! (Kylana)

- From what I saw, only me among all of us can cook properly. Aren’t you an eternal being or something? And you didn’t use that time to learn how to cook? I would be ashamed if I were you. (Nora)

- That’s a nice burn. Glad you resist fire, right Kylana? (Elyon)

- Shut up…but nice counter attack kiddo~ (Kylana)

She winked at Nora in a playful way while Ghemora rolled her eyes. What an odd group of beings.

“Your hair is so tender, Beyana.”

A strict and purposeful angel archer was in her room, alone, deep in her thoughts. Was it the past haunting her? She fixed her hair before braiding its curls into two pretty braids. The mirror was showing the reflection of the warrior and...a lonely person. Despite that she was surrounded with other people, the fact that she has to co-work with demons made her feel irritated and even more outsided from others. Beyana looked at herself, silently touching the tip of her hair. She sighed deeply.

Beyana: Okay, I'm ready for the training. Hope this time it will be-

???: Did this moron disturb you again?

The familiar voice pulled her out of the thoughts as she turned around to see one of her allies, the only angel she could at least discuss something if needed.

Beyana: No, Elyon, Tark is right now on the reconnaissance mission with Kylana.

Elyon: Two demons on such mission? I would be worried about it.

Beyana: No need to be. Kylana would not allow it, plus I trust our boss's decision and choise and I should not have any doubts.

Elyon: So do I. Tho knowing your attitude towards him, I can't help not to worry a bit for our cover. And sanity.

Beyana smiled for a tiny moment before changing her look to the serious one.

Beyana: Do you need something from me?

Elyon: Just want to make sure that you're not late for the training. Which is true, you're getting late for training now.

Beyana: My apologies, needed to fix my hair.

Elyon: On the battlefield you will not have time to fix it. Also, there is nothing to fix in your hairstyle.

Beyana: Heh, says someone whose hairstyle is done according to old samurai traditions.

She smirked as Elyon was about to protest, but he admitted her point. He sighed with irritation.

Elyon: Old habbits die hard?

Beyana looked down, holding a hair comb. Then she looked at her reflection, right into her own eyes, caressing her hair slowly.

Elyon: I remember you used to have long and soft hair.

Beyana: I did....

Elyon: Why did you cut it then?

Beyana: ....For comfortable archer combat.

She stood up as put the comb on the table and started to walk out of the room. As she crossed the doorstep of her room, Elyon added his comment.

Elyon: It's because of them, isn't it?

She stopped and stood frozen, not looking back at Elyon. It was silent for a moment until Elyon broke the silence.

Elyon: I understand that angel's expectations and archangel's expectations are like sky and earth. With your archer mastery and solid warrior look people considered you as one of the new archangel generation. But because of the events that happened, you've lost a belief on it, and so you decided to burry the past of these expectations by simply "cutting them out of your existance". Am I right?

For couple of more minutes they stood still. She felt like every inch of her soul was wounded by such facts. He got the message right. And yet, there was more to it.

Beyana: What if it's true, do you have something against it?

Elyon: Not a slighest.

Beyana: Good. Now if you excuse me, I need to train. I'm already late to it, as you say.

And she walked rushly towards the training room. Elyon looked around in Beyana's room and noticed that a tiny piece of mirror was cut out of it. Judging by the mark, it was done with the arrow, like Beyana was angry at something, so she shoot her own mirror.

Elyon: Your training should be focused on your emotions control, Beyana.

And he silently walked away, towards the training room where he and Beyana began their daily training. Nora was doing her own training, while Tark and Kylana almost finished their mission and soon were about to come back to the base.

The two humans were facing each angel. The tension was rising as nobody was making a move yet. They were observing each opponent in silence. At this point, all of them knew that a bad move could provoke a disaster with their tremendous powers. The humans were very angry at the two angels. How could they act like this? Shouldn’t they be able to keep their cool instead of menacing and hurting their friends?

Fortunately, or unfortunately, Sybil felt that she, Vylixia and Colan would be free soon from their electric immobilisation. In enough time, they would be capable of turning the tide of this confrontation and putting an end to it.

- You don’t want to do this. You can’t win this. Stay down, we will leave. (Beyana)

- Your boss was right. The universe has lost its balance. These two humans are disgusting. Such power shouldn’t be allowed. (Zakum)

Tom and Lea turned their faces to look at each other before looking in the direction of their friends. The energy flowing through their bodies, their veins.

- That is an unfair fight incoming. (Lea)

- For them. (Tom)

Suddenly they exchanged their positions as Tom used the power of Mjöllnir to project himself towards Zakum while on the other hand Lea sprinted at her new maximum speed, ready to punch Beyana’s face. Zakum and Beyana had barely the time to block them with their weapons.

Tom swung the hammer and hit the angel’s face hard as dark clouds were created above the angel. The human yelled as the thunder and the lightning struck Zakum. He screamed in pain.

Lea grabbed Beyana’s arm when the angel blocked her punch with her bow. The human slammed the angel on the ground and punched violently on the stomach. Beyana groaned and kicked Lea to move freely.

It was clear the humans had the upper hand for now. That beginning impressed and scared Vylixia, Colan and Sybil. The angels were holding back compared to the humans. If they went all out, their friends would be in grave danger. Sybil was the first to stop being paralysed. She quickly summoned her spear and joined Tom. Zakum was already back on his feet and was forcing Tom to dodge and block his attacks. Sybil jumped right away and Zakum had no choice but to step back as the spear cut his cheek, making him bleed. Now Tom and Sybil were facing together Zakum.

- Sybil! How dare you betraying me this much? Why are you like this towards this human? And you! Why are you so bold and impudent to a higher being as me! (Zakum)

Both of them stared at him and somehow freed their hearts from a certain burden.

- That’s because I love her! (Tom)

- That’s because I love him! (Sybil)

- What?! (Zakum, Tom and Sybil)

Tom and Sybil blushed while Zakum was furious. They recomposed themselves and both of them charged the angel.

Meanwhile Lea was slowly losing control of her new found powers, she was getting tired by the minute. She panted hardly and reversed to her “normal” self. She couldn’t move much. It seemed the power was too much on her body. She felt she could collapse at any moment. The angel noticed it.

- I’m going to shoot you. It’s going to hurt but your life won’t be in danger. (Beyana)

- Fuck you…(Lea)

As they were seeing their human friend being in trouble, Colan and Vylixia greeted their teeth and were getting furious. Like Sybil, they were going to be free but they needed a plan to help Lea. Colan looked at Vylixia and whispered to her.

- At my signal, fire at her with everything you have. (Colan)

- What will the signal be? (Vylixia)

- Don’t worry~ You will recognise it very easily~ (Colan)

The demon took a deep breathe and focused. He put his hands right in front of him and yelled.

- HEY ANGEL! LEAVE HER ALONE! (Colan)

As Beyana changed the direction of her face, three chains appeared from the ground around her and trapped the angel. Sybil quickly saw the chains and smirked while Beyana was surprised.

- Wait! That’s your mom’s ability! I thought she was the only one in Hell capable of using it! (Vylixia)

- She began to teach about it a few weeks ago but more on that later! Now! (Colan)

Vylixia charged up a fire ball and threw it at the angel. She didn’t have time to dodge or block it, she took it and once the smoke disappeared, she was injured but not too much.

- Okay this is it; I’m going to end you all! Zakum with me! Let’s finish…

- Enough! (???)

Suddenly…everyone stopped fighting and searched the localisation of the new voice. It came from a girl with bandages on her. Beyana sighed and came closer to her.

-What are you doing here, Nora? (Beyana)

- Our boss sent me to retrieve you and our new ally. You don’t wish to piss her off. (Nora)

The angel swallowed and sighed once again.

- I guess if we kept on fighting, we would draw the attention of higher people. Fair. Zakum, come with us. (Beyana)

- But I want…(Zakum)

- Trust me. You don’t want to see your new boss angry. Let’s go. (Beyana)

Zakum joined Nora and Beyana as they were teleported away from this place and the group. All of them were exhausted. They checked on each other. Everyone was hopefully fine. They all sit on the grass and breathed deeply several times. What a day it was.

- That is not how I imagined the end of the road trip. (Tom)

- Me neither. By the way, you owe me a pizza Vylixia~ (Colan)

- Dammit! (Vylixia)

- You two made a bet on our feelings…right? (Sybil)

- Of course, we did~ (Colan and Vylixia)

Tom blushed really hard while Sybil just sighed as the two demons were laughing.

-  We…will talk about it at home. Is it good for you? (Sybil)

- S…Sure! (Tom)

- Guys…what the hell happened to me now that it’s calm…I mean, what I did was inhuman and not normal…(Lea)

- Yeah, about that…(Colan)

- Let’s also talk about it at home too. (Vylixia)

The group was now trying to find some rest. Suddenly, they could watch the hammer flying away, probably returning to its true owner.

Many kilometres away from the group, the hammer finally landed in hand of someone. That person was smiling.

- Could you trace the energy from the teleportation? (Thor)

- Are you doubting my powers dear brother? Of course, I could~ Though, it only gave a general direction. Let me remind you that we are tracking the second most powerful being in the universe. She is certainly able to cover her power. (Loki)

- We will need a way to travel through the universe to track her down. It’s time to pay a visit to another friend of mine! (Thor)

- Thor. I have a question. The boy. Was he worthy? Or did you allow him to lift your hammer and so wield your power? (Nhilus)

Thor looked at Nhilus and laughed very loudly. Loki rolled her eyes.

- I prefer that point to be a mystery~ However, he wanted to help his friends and was brave enough to stand up against incredible beings. I just gave him a little push to help them~ (Thor)

The released energy from Lea’s aura and demonic form could be felt across the universe and the realms for those who could sense such divine energy. Several important people noticed the pressure, the feeling and the aura. It was something unexpected and such thing shouldn’t have been possible in the first place. This sensation travelled across the dimensions. In Heaven…

- Wait, what am I feeling right now? (Michael)

- Who can pull off such energy? (Raphael)

- That’s impossible, what is going on? (Gabriel)

Meanwhile in Hell…inside the palace…

- So, it’s happening…we should intervene but they are already here to help…I can’t detect them, hopefully they told me they were going to watch on them before going into space…(Lilith)

- That’s what Lilith and Shanya warned me about…Michael is going to ask me so many questions…(Lucifer)

Somewhere else in Hell…

-  My child. It has begun. I will contact you soon enough. I hope my students will be able to protect you and take care of you until I’m able to meet you. You think you could join me in teaching my child? (Shanya)

- Of course~ I love to be a trainer and a coach~ (Ennor)

But most importantly, someone else also sensed this particular energy emerging from Earth and she was quite pleased by it.

-  Things are getting more interesting~ My new follower will have some trouble if he underestimates this human. Guess I was right to send her~ (Ghemora)

The group was astonished and was surprised by the power Lea was emitting. Tom and Sybil were the most shocked ones, especially compared to Colan and Vylixia. On the other hand, Zakum wasn’t sure how to react. Was he needed to attack that…thing before he lost control over the situation? He wasn’t sure anymore. However, he didn’t have time to think more about it…Lea charged him with a speed that outclassed a normal human speed by far. He barely had the time to create his two swords for blocking the fist of the girl. Even if he was able to protect himself, the strength of Lea’s punch was enough to project him against some trees behind him. He couldn’t believe what he was witnessing. God’s laws should have prevented such abomination…right?

- Why is Lea producing some demon energy? How is that possible? (Sybil)

- You never felt it? (Colan)

- No, I should have? (Sybil)

- Maybe that’s because we were always with her. Our own demonic energy was hiding her. That makes sense since Lea’s demonic energy is so faint. (Vylixia)

- Holy shit…(Tom)

While they were talking, Lea landed a barrage of violent punches towards Zakum. Each attack was blocked by his swords. He was on the defensive against the fury of the human. Despite the combo, Tom was the one to know something was wrong. After all, he and Lea trained together before at the gym.

- She has the upper hand for now but he clearly is not fighting seriously! Sybil! I beg you to do something! (Tom)

- I’m on it! (Sybil)

- Me too! (Colan and Vylixia)

However, as soon as they were about to move…the three of them were suddenly paralysed and felt pain everywhere on their bodies as they screamed. Tom was stunned and worried. He ran towards Sybil but a voice stopped him.

- Stay back human. Zakum will knock out your human friend and then he will leave with me. Don’t force me to shoot you as well. (Beyana)

- Who…are you? (Tom)

- Beyana…so it was true. Stop this madness at once! (Sybil)

-  As I can see, you chose your side. You are a disappointment. You could have been so much more. A true angel. Heaven really needs to go back to the old days. (Beyana)

- Yet, I’m not the one with the broken halo. (Sybil)

- Shut up! (Beyana)

Tom was afraid, scared and was trembling. He saw the arrow on Sybil’s leg. It was hurting her and preventing her from moving. On the other side, Lea was struggling as Zakum finally landed a few hits on her. She was projected near Tom. She was still furious but it was like she was in control.

- Miss Beyana? I’m sorry. This mess is my fault. I didn’t believe madam Ghemora and you when you told me Sybil really became…what she is today. (Zakum)

- It’s alright. Knock the humans out without hurting them. It’s time you join our cause. (Beyana)

- I’m going to kick both of your asses! (Lea)

- Don’t move human or I will shoot you too. It’s not a pleasant experience. (Beyana)

- No…Leave her and us alone! (Tom)

Tom stood in front of Sybil, putting himself in danger and in guard. He was ready to fight despite the odds. Lea smiled and was doing the same. Tom was facing Beyana while she was facing Zakum.

- You can’t do anything. Stay back. Final warning. (Beyana)

Tom didn’t move and had a serious face. The angel Beyana sighed and prepared an arrow. But before she could shoot, something fell from the sky and the shockwave created a smokescreen that blinded her and Zakum. In the middle of the smoke was a hammer. Somehow…Tom felt it was calling out to him. He walked slowly towards it and lifted the hammer. Out of nowhere, he felt incredibly strong and powerful. A new energy was surrounded him. When the smoke disappeared, the rest of the group could see Tom and Lea back-to-back. Both of them were ready and determined. Sybil and the demons recognised the weapon Tom was wielding.

- Wait! Is that? (Colan)

- Mjöllnir…(Sybil)

Finally, a peaceful moment for myself. This annoying and noisy demon will not leave me alone for at least a minute. How many arrows does he need to get to understand that I'm not going to fall into his seductive traps? And why do we have to get along if we have so different views on the world? These questions will probably not get their answers anytime soon. Anyways, I could finally relax and enjoy the silence.

???: Oh, Ms Beyana! I was looking for you.

Well, I could if only not that Ghemora's apprentice. Despite her good skills for human, I still can't understand the fact that she is walking around us, angels and demons, like we're some sort of..."colleagues"? No, that's not right.

Beyana: Ugh, what is it, human?

Nora: Ummm, my name is actually Nora. Did something happen, Ms Beyana?

Beyana: Oh, nothing. Just feeling under the weather.

In reality I just wanted her to leave me be, but it was not about to happen soon.

Nora: Oh, I see. I guess it's not good to ask for a training session.

Beyana: Did Ms Ghemora ask for a training?

Nora: Well, she actually said to train with you, to learn how to dodge arrows.

Beyana: I see. Sorry, but not now. Now if you excuse me, I-

Nora: Then is it okay if we can have a chat, please?

I so hoped to get rid of her like this, but as an angel I couldn't turn down the word "please". Clenching my teeth, I replied.

Beyana: Sure, I guess we can have a little chat.

Nora: Thank you for accepting my request.

She gave a small smile. I thought to myself that maybe it can't be that bad, since she was the only human here in our crew.

Beyana: So, I guess you have some questions to ask.

Nora: Yeah, and I honestly could try to ask boss, but then I thought why not to chat with you, to get along.

Beyana: I see. I can't promise you one hundred per cent answers tho.

Nora: Oh, really? Well, that's okay. So, why did you join our boss?

Beyana: After seeing how God treated us and mortals, how angels began to behave, I felt like there was no place for me in Heaven. I desired to gain back that Heaven I knew and respected. And seeing what the greatest archangel did, only made my desire even stronger.

Nora: You mean Michael?

Beyana: Yes. And now his brother Sir Gabriel starts to act "differently", and according to Heaven's laws, it's not acceptable. I hope you know why divinities can't be friends and lovers with humans, moreover with demons.

She looked down, which it was a sign for me that she understands. Good. But something was on her mind for sure, I could feel it.

Nora: But what I heard from other angel, they seem to get along well.

Beyana: It's just one of the demon's trick. Demons always tempt their victims in order to gain something for themselves or just for fun. They tend to confuse people from the right path. That's why we angels exist: to guide people. And such relationship is not acceptable and is impossible.

Nora: But why impossible? What bad things can it cause?

This question irritated me for a moment, but I tried to answer as calm as I could.

Beyana: Don't you understand? An unguided chaos can happen! Angels will always forgive demons for their pranks, which can involve an interraction with human. By laws, it's forbidden to interract directly with humans.

Nora: But you're chatting with me, and things are normal.

Beyana: It's because we have our boss with us. Unfortunately such law works with demons in a different way. They use magic to prevent a human from telling about their encounter. But honestly, if I were her, I would not allow a human to join our mission of rebuilding the universe to what it's supposed to be. Our mission is to provoke chaos so that we could replace when the time comes some people and so bring back the laws and rules.

And silence. For a moment, I thought that I was too harsh on her. Wait, am I feeling sorry for her? No, I shouldn't be like this. Human should understand the importance of our mission, of our laws. I shouldn't be soft for her. Not now.

Beyana: Anyways, do you have other questions?

Nora: Well...I have one more. I understand that angels should not interract with humans and demons, but...what kind of relationship do you have between you and Mr Tark?

A relationship? With this dirty minded demon? No way! If I knew that for our mission we had to team up with demons, I would think thousands of times before joining.

Beyana: Nothing. He just annoys me, that's all.

Nora: Really? In our terms, if someone tries to get your attention, then it means they got interested in you.

Beyana: No, he just tries to seduce me, make me fall to his trap. But I will not fall.

Nora: Hmm, I see. Just, it seems like you hate him a lot, and not only because of his demon appearance.

She is too smart and very attentive. Now I understand why boss chose her. But her skills went a bit far, to my personal space and view on that demon. I had to do something in order to really find a peaceful and quite place for myself.

Beyana: I'm sorry, human, but I need to go now.

Nora: Already?

Beyana: Yes. Boss is calling me.

Nora: But I didn't hear-

Beyana: See you later.

And I quickly walked away, leaving her alone with her thoughts. I couldn't believe that I lied to her about the boss, but I had no choise. I wanted to be alone for a moment, to forget about Tark at least for five minutes. And this girl reminded about him again. Stupid human! And how do I still have patience for all of this?

Beyana: Getting along, huh, with such questions you will probably make enemies than friends.

???: Did you have an argument with my apprentice, Beyana?

Boss's voice pulled me out of my thoughts. I got surprised for a moment, then bowed like I usually do.

Beyana: Boss, my appologise, this human just-

Ghemora: She was supposed to train with you. Why didn't you two train?

Damn it, I totally forgot about it. These thoughts and questions made me forget about Nora's task. And I left her like this.

Beyana: M-My apologise, boss. I will begin the training immediately.

Ghemora: Good. I suppose you don't want to be punished for neglecting my orders.

Beyana: Of course not.

And I quickly walked back to Nora. While walking, I could swear I felt a cold running on my back. Was it my boss accompaning me with her glare?
