I really tried to mentor Andro and give him the gifts his mother bestowed upon me, but he rejected it. I couldn't believe it at first. I've spent several months trying to get through that hard-headed fool. I was wrong. Today, Dianna Day, is the last straw. This is a betrayal to his mother's memory that I could never even conceive of. Make a Dianna Day. Nothing wrong with that. But to steal her story and give it to another woman is diabolical. When I confronted him he just shrugged and said “They're both my mom.” Not “moms”, “mom.” Sybil doesn't deserve this. I'm going back to Mt. Liminesca to give her a proper memorial. I'm sure the people there would like to know that her mission was a success. 

She and her companions had been climbing the mountain for weeks when the polar bear attacked her out of nowhere. That bear may have given her hell, but she’s the one who sent him there. She found herself trapped under the 700lb beast, but swift as a snow sparrow, she took out her Liminescan blade. In an instant, she split the bear's belly in two. When the polar bear fell on top of her, it damaged her windpipe, she couldn't speak for an entire week. Her companions were horrified initially, however, having been starving for most of the climb, they were just grateful to have dinner. When they set up their campfire our village was alerted. We don't get many visitors up here, so a group of us went to check it out. That's when I laid my eyes upon the most beautiful bloody snow angel. Phinn captured her beauty perfectly. Her polar bear coat, blood sticking to her entire body, and Phinn gave her rubies for her bloodshot eyes, her birthstone. She had just won the fight of her life, and looked as much, yet she mesmerized me still. I'm hoping the rubies will mesmerize Andro as well. A reminder of how strong his mother was and where he comes from. I hope she can be a source of inspiration for him.
