The project was based on giving a community a 100 Namibian dollars a month as a basic Income. Now, first point is to understand that Namibian dollars are not American dollars, it is very easy to mistake this point. so to give you at the current exchange rate an estimate, a 100 Namibian dollars = 10 American Dollars approximately, so it is certainly not a Basic Income that is being given, it is not making any significant change, it does not impact the ‘dollar a day’ poverty bracket, it doesn’t even take the person over that. So from the perspective of what a Basic Income should be, this is hardly a ‘Pilot Project,’ it’s more a feel-good project and certainly not something with which one can sway a government to implement a Basic Income Project.

So, in Capitalism that is currently existing under a form of Very Strange Democracy, you Don’t have ‘Majority Rule,’ you have Minority Rule and This is done through Propaganda where the actual Scientific Research, the actual Considerations and Common Sense necessary to Manage a Country and ensure that its Citizens are Well Cared for, are Deliberately Misdirected. That’s why for instance the Media Should Belong to the Citizens, because the Media is the Medium through which the Education of the Citizens of a Country happens, to Ensure that they Don’t Do Stupid Things, to Vote for Minority Rights that are going to Cause Starvation and Poverty – Those are Not Rights! you’re Not Enlightened, there is No Such thing, you’ve only Found a Way to Manipulate Others by Transmuting their Memories through Activating Feelings and Emotions, so that they can Submit themselves to Your Will – but all of that even is Just an Illusion. So a Lot of Work is Ahead if in Any way there Exists some form of Self Honesty within this. We Need New Reason, so that we can consider and Create a New Order, bringing Order/an Order in this World that is Considering the Order of Things and the Fact that Life Follows an Order, a Sequence and If all of the Sequence, All the Orders that follows upon each other is Not Equally for All and Some Lack (simply due to the Environment they, for instance, are Born into - noticing year after year, day after day, minute after minute the Inequality that they are Existing in, and the Fact that: Simply because they Do Not Have the Advantage of Birth Right within a Particular Condition, that they are Disregarded and even Forgotten) - there is going to be consequence. 

a Fundamental Right for Each One from the Moment of Your Existence within Awareness is Individuality and the Consideration that: If You Express this Individuality in a way that Relates to others with Respect and Equality, with Respecting their Individuality and thus Doing and Participating within All Things in a way that is Best for Other Individuals as well - they’re going to Respond by Respecting your Individuality. If you Don’t, then you have a World like Now where No-one Respects another’s Individuality, Nobody Respects another’s Right to Life - because Everybody is Scared of Everyone Else, because Each One Knows One Thing: You will Rather Act in Self Interest, because You Already Expect Everyone else to Do the Same. Instead of Reversing it, Instead of Realizing that: “As You Give = You Receive”.
