Lance's loyal apprentice.
Capable of shape shifting and elongating limbs as well as being able to summon 2 duplicates of himself.
Referred to as lances " Sidekick"
often has a reserved look , only when caught of guard does he show emotions
has a montoned voice, so its a challenge to figure out his emotions.
Rarely smiles and laughs when not in the Negati world.
will stays loyal to the negati and sir lance.
Lacks his memories of when he was bandit, yet cannot bring himself to harm berette in anyway, and gets a head splitting headache when some of his memories come back.
mostly calm and collected but will become Extremely hostile when pushed tp his limits.
Acts very much like a butler.
Is able to summon negati similar to lance.
Cares Deeply for negati of all shapes and sizes.
His bowtie is sentient and capable of expression.
when drawing my character wisp ( who is the character in the lower left) I couldn't help but draw some designs for deities similar to balan but with different hats. ended up making one with a beret and another with a bandana.
