Who is more aggressive in bed?
Xavier is more aggressive in bed as a rule but Fiona has her moments. They are comfortable in their roles in bed though so it generally sticks to Xavier being the more aggressive one and Fiona being more compliant.
At this stage, it doesnât really matter to them. Theyâre comfortable around each other so if the lights are on, it wouldnât affect anything. Generally, the lights will be off if theyâre having sex in bed at night but if itâs during the evening or itâs elsewhere, the lighting is the least of their focus.
Xavier does the dusting because heâs afraid that Fiona will try and dust a shelf and fall off a stool because sheâs so small trying to reach it so he takes it upon himself to do any task that would involve the use of a chair, ladder, or stool for Fiona. He also takes down the decorations from the attic for Halloween or Christmas, again because of the ladder. Xavier does most of the general tidying also though they are both neat people so the house never becomes very untidy due to the fact that they clean straight after they make a mess. Fiona does the cooking and the dishes (Xavier cannot touch soggy or wet food thatâs on a plate, heâd have to close his eyes to do it even with a wand). She is also in charge of the different rooms of the house so sheâll look after changing the beds in the bedroom and scrubbing the bathroom and whatnot. They take turns feeding the dogs but only Fiona can feed Lucifer. Fiona does the laundry for the both of them, though if Fiona is exceptionally busy, Xavier will try (though he normally ends up shrinking the clothing which results in Fiona having to use magic to get the clothes back to normal). They split the job of hoovering as Bailey doesnât like the noise so one of them always has to bring Bailey out for a walk when theyâre hoovering.
Who gets babied when theyâre sick?
When Fiona is ill, Xavier does panic slightly and fuss over her incredibly, checking in on her every few minutes (or in some cases not leaving her at all!) but in terms of babying, Xavier is more babied when heâs sick. When it comes to cuts or bruises, Xavier doesnât complain; but when he gets a cold, he turns terribly dramatic and Fiona does end up coddling him.Â
Fiona always makes breakfast. Xavier successfully made breakfast once on Fionaâs birthday but that was after weeks of practice and with the help of a dozen cookbooks. Fiona is the better chef in the relationship and knows exactly what way Xavier eats everything by this stage so he leaves it in her capable hands.
Where would they go on their honeymoon?
Xavier and Fiona stayed in Paris for their honeymoon which is where they got married. They mostly stayed in and made love (Fiona had called in a âsex holidayâ) though at night they did go out around the city and for romantic walks along the river.
What are their quirks while sleeping?
Fiona hogs the duvet a lot of the time. Normally, she is cuddled up closely to Xavier however so it only causes slight exposure of his feet (as Fionaâs body is quite short compared to his which means she pulls the duvet right up to the end of her body, leaving the end of his duvet-less). In other cases, where she pulls the duvet right over her, Xavier will not pull it back as he doesnât want her to be cold or to disturb her so he will normally have to get up and get his wand and use a heating charm. Also, Xavier only sleeps with one pillow whereas Fiona sleeps with two, meaning her head is always slightly above his. This sometimes leads to dazed and sleepy Xavier, not quite awake yet, in the mornings leaning over to kiss Fiona and ending up with a pillow on his lips instead of her. Some more quirks include Fiona sleeping with one pillow on her belly and Xavier having to hold Fionaâs hand before he falls asleep.
What is their favorite activity as a family?
Right now, spending time together is really important for both of them as they both turn into dysfunctional messes when the other isnât with them. They do simple things like holding hands, cuddling, giggling etc. but it means so much more to them. They both love walking the dogs with each other and Xavier loves when Fiona gives him permission to help out when making dinner (usually asking him to chop some vegetables) so really itâs any activity that involves the other. When they have little Galloways, theyâll do things like reading them bedtime stories together, teaching them how to swim as a family, going for bicycle rides etc. so the answer to this one varies from scenario to scenario but ultimately they love anything that involves their family as theyâre both very family orientated.Â
Who is the stricter parent?
Fiona. Xavier canât pick sides because he doesnât want Fiona to be mad at him and he doesnât want to make any of his children sad so he always avoids the problem as best he can.
Who would be the big spoon?
Xavier, normally. But they switch it up from time to time depending on how theyâre feeling and if the moment feels right for it to be the other way around.
Fiona wakes up first. On weekdays, sheâll wake up a good few minutes before Xavier is due to get up to get ready for work so she can wake him up and have morning cuddles with him. Xavier is not a morning person so on weekends, Fiona wakes up first and will lie with Xavier for a while whilst heâs in the state between dream land and reality and when heâs fully awake, she gets up and will go down to make breakfast. This encourages Xavier to get out of bed because he misses Fiona whereas if she stayed in the room, itâd be late afternoon before he got up. That never happens.
Do they have nicknames for each other?
Yes. Fiona calls Xavier her âCuddle Bearâ, her âSnuggle Bunnyâ, and her most frequent one, her âLittle Lambâ. Originally, they were formed to embarrass Xavier affectionately but Xavier has grown really fond of them and will respond to it as if she were calling his name. She also calls him âbeautifulâ which leads to a lot of blushing on Xavierâs part. Xavier tends to call Fiona things like âdarlingâ, âsweetheartâ, and âloveâ. His most frequent one would be âangelâ however. Sometimes, heâll call her âprincessâ but thatâs normally when sheâs being impatient, demanding, or heâs doing something for her.
What happened when they met each otherâs parents?
In both cases, when Fiona met Xavierâs grandparents and when Xavier met Fionaâs parents, they were automatically welcomed into the family. Both were nervous about the whole arrangement but they settled in quickly and easily slipped into the ways of the family as if theyâd always been there.
How do they apologize after an argument?
Xavier will normally avoid buying her gifts to make up for an argument as he knew thatâs what Benjamin used to do so he will usually try to make her laugh to get her out of a mood or a silent treatment. Once he succeeds in that (if he doesnât receive a Fiona death glare), he goes on a ramble about how sorry he is and how wrong he was and how heâll never ever do it again until Fiona will eventually shut him up by kissing him. Fiona, however, will cling onto Xavier if she thinks sheâs upset him and beg for forgiveness. She becomes angry at herself for them fighting but Xavier cannot stay mad at Fiona for very long so within twenty minutes or so, Xavier will try and calm her down and tell her that itâs fine. Often, theyâll have make up sex as a result of both cases.
What would they be like as parents?
Both have wanted children for a very long time. They would be incredibly loving, protective, caring, gentle, and kind to their children. As both were specialist professors, theyâd really put an emphasis on what their children were interested in so they could pursue it and teach them everything they can whilst they were growing up. They would both be strict to a certain extent; firm but fair really, though Fiona is the one to put her foot down whereas Xavier just makes empty warnings.
Fiona. Xavier is allowed to set the table if heâs careful with the dishware.
Both are very romantic with each other but before each other or personality wise, Fiona is more romantic. Xavier wasnât romantic with any previous partners whereas now he would be considered very romantic. Fiona, however, is romantic as a person. Xavier is only romantic because of Fiona.
What sort of gifts do they get each other?
They go over the top with presents and only purchase the best for each other. Price is not an issue and often, theyâll spontaneously buy gifts for each other with no occasion attached.
Who gets jealous easiest?
Theyâre both jealous people by nature. Fiona gets jealous easiest but Xavier gets jealous hardest. Although, it does depend on the situation. They both are nearly incapable of sharing each other.Â
Who gets more excited for events? (e.g. birthdays, christmasâŚetc)
Fiona. Xavier only partakes because he loves how happy she gets around those events.
Who is the most adventurous?
Fiona. Xavier is very set in his ways and doesnât like to try anything new.
Who is the most protective?
Theyâre both very protective of each other but Xavier is the most protective taking into consideration what Fionaâs been through and also because sheâs his entire universe.
What would they have been like as childhood sweethearts?
To be honest, they act like childhood sweethearts now. I think very little would have changed except theyâd be less kinky, I suppose.
