In real life, I'm naturally very shy (shocker, because I never stop yapping on here lol 😂)
But one of the things I'm trying to learn is to be more proactive, and also to advocate for myself better. (Aka, stop being such a pushover 🙃)
Anyways, today I worked up the courage to call my dentist and they originally wanted to see me in May, but then I spoke up for myself and voiced my concerns and now they are seeing me this Monday 😁
This may sound so stupid and small but I'm very proud of myself, as I have a really hard time with this stuff.
I hope this is a sign for how the new year is going to go 🥰
