Can't come to Beijing and not eat Peking duck!This is my third duck in Beijing but first with friends, so the only time I felt comfortable enough to take pictures lol . . . . . Our whole duck came in two plates and this is the first time I knew there are diff ways to eat it! The first plate you don't use the usual dark sweet sauce. You dip the skin with raw sugar and dip the meat with fresh garlic sauce. Second plate is when you wrap the duck in the wrap with scallions and sauce & other toppings available. I like 四季民福 the most so far!
