#behemoth fic

not quite sure why i’m stressing so much about each chapter length being equivalent but i guess i don’t want to shortchange any of the people who are looking forward to the next chapter? the first chapter didn’t do spectacularly [it’s actually on track to be my least popular fic if “asking for help” grows at the same rate it has been, which kind of sucks] but i have to keep reminding myself that i started writing this for myself because it’s something i wanted to explore, and even if it flops, it’s a) good writing practice and b) something i did for fun, not necessarily for an audience [though audience feedback is nice]. i also have to remind myself that it is incomplete! and there is plenty of time for it to reach more people! i just have to write the thing. 

hello anon! gap year is a fic that exists in the kuroken mother, mother extended universe and takes place after the main fic [which i am still writing, it’s just a very slow process], and it’s about the “gap year” between kuroo and kenma in which kuroo goes off to university and kenma has to deal with his extended absence. it’s a collection of two or three scenes right now, and i’m not really sure where i’m going with it. which is fine, since the fics before it aren’t done yet either, and those are the set-up for it. 

any tips on how to focus on one specific project would be very much appreciated, as are questions about the fic because those often help me get unstuck

fkghd so this is the behemoth fic that i’ve spent two months on so far. originally was gonna wait until kuroo’s birthday to post it but i finally finished editing the first chapter and couldn’t wait any longer. so here it is!
