Getting ready to get some sleep. This last week has been intense to say the least. I have done a deep clean and tidying of my space. Tomorrow I will be finishing the final steps of fully tidying which I am looking forward to. During this week I also hit my weight goal of 240! I am now down to 239 lbs. This means I have lost 50 lbs since late March. All through diet and increased physical activity coupled with good medication. The journey doesn’t stop here, I am going to keep pushing forward and get myself even further out of obesity toward good health.
