Himawari is going to a nice home🌻💛
My commissions are always open.
I've been working on restocking lately but I want to work on a brand new plush after this.
New cutie (reserved) 🌻💛
After a VERY long and exhausting day I believe I’ve finally successfully updated the bat pattern! Now with seam allowance, updates to the methods used to sew the bat, some pattern edits, and some minor quality of life updates. One of the most requested features was a lighter colored fabric so the pattern is done with purple fabric. You can buy the new pattern here. And there is a free video tutorial available here: https://youtu.be/p3b4Ww4wtS0 For those who purchased the old pattern and want to sew it using these new techniques, there is no reason to buy the pattern again unless you want to. To alter your existing pattern, make 2 copies of the “Wing” piece and tape it on either side of the “Back Body” to make 1 large piece. There might be a little gap, I just covered that area with tape on my own pattern. Then you can just follow along with the free video.
The head has some minor changes to make it look more like my Kickstarter bat’s designs. I just removed the bump in the nose and made it a straight line, then increased the head gusset slightly. This is really a very minor change and not necessary to edit unless you wish to have a pointier nose. This purple bat used for the pattern as well as 2 brown bats will be available soon!

Soooo probably because I was tracing the pdf file off my tablet screen (shut up I don’t have a printer) i messed up this one. Not only is the whole thing half the size of what I planned, I must have mucked up the page scaling so the head ended up being way too big?
Anyway. Here is a Very Small Fox I made.
