Beetroot Idli with coconut chutney 😋 Super easy to make this delicious and interesting healthy recipe. 🤘🏻 Bored of the regular breakfast? Sometimes we need a change from regular eating habits. I tried to add raw beetroot paste to make my idli colorful (natural color is always good compared to artificial one). 🥥 I like the taste of beetroot in idli so I took 2 medium size beetroots. Grind small pieces of beetroot into a smooth paste with ginger and chillies. No need to add much water otherwise the batter will become very runny. 🥥 Add salt and this beetroot paste with idli batter. 🥥 Here I greased the idli mould with ghee (clarified butter). Pour pink batter into the mold and steam for 15 to 20 minutes. 🥥Let this pink idli cool and serve with coconut chutney. This is a great way to get adults and children to eat beetroot.
