Beetail! He is the Thunderclan deputy in Mapleshade's Vengeance. In MV he does very little and is a guy tm, Mapleshade does tell him first that she is expecting kits and will be raising them alone, which he then tells to Frecklewish. Unsure if this was just literal telephone or if he told Frecklewish because he supposed that the recently deceased Birchface is the father, the narrative doesn't say and Frecklewish asks Mapleshade as such of her own accord. He does appear in Goosefeather's curse as a ghost, and helps Goosekit find the missing apprentice Swiftpaw (breeze).

A Warrior Cat design dump since I finally filled this canvas! For the past 2 weeks or so, I've been working on doing 1 design a day minimum as either warmups or something to do whenever I had spare time waiting for my classes to begin. I want to attempt the challenge of drawing every Warrior Cat character even if they're just in the form of tiny doodles as seen here
Realizing in my notes that the (admittedly, somewhat haphazard) birthdate I gave to Beetail means that he would have been made deputy at literally 12 moons old, or the second he was made a warrior
NGL tho, i think it works perfectly for the story, especially if he's Oakstrike/Oakstar's apprentice
Here's how i see the events playing out....
Oakstrike is a very young deputy to Seedstar, and mentoring Beepaw when a skirmish breaks out at Sunningrocks, costing Seedstar her 9th life
Beepaw is a very agreeable apprentice who listens to everything Oakstrike says, always obeys him, and idolizes him
Oakstrike is promoted to Oakstar, and he immediately does the following:
Makes Beepaw a warrior
Makes Beetail deputy
gives Beetail an apprentice, Fallowpaw (AKA Fallowsong) to so he teeechnically meets the requirement for deputies mentoring an apprentice. (This happens with Raggedpelt in canon! he hasnt mentored an apprentice yet when he replaces Stonetooth, instead Cedarstar promises him an apprentice once Cloudkit is 6 moons. He's deputy for a few moons without having an apprentice!)
I think it would compliment Beetail's Whole Deal. spineless as he is... you can kinda see why he's like this lol
