Tactic Makes A World Of Difference . Man, as an Empath, people can’t imagine how much words can make a mood positive or negative. I struggle with being so sensitive, but I still insist on people being mindful of how they speak, and the words they speak. What troubles me the most is when they are the ones that are more offended, after they are the ones beings rude.... The hypocrisy is daunting. Also the problem with empaths like me is that we strike back with the same force of energy or worse. There is no difference between their energy and ours. Empaths like me vibe with other’s energy Good or Bad. It’s a hard practice to shield and ground ourselves from other people’s energy/emotions.
