How can one quarantine themselves?
1) Report any symptoms of COVID-19 immediately like ( fever,dry cough,fatigue,sorethroat,headache,difficulty in breathing).
2) If your staying at home with your family,stay away from them as much as possible(about 2 meters of distance).
3) Inform your doctor about your recent travels.
4) Keep tissues and sanitisers that have atleast 60 per cent alcohol right next to your bed. Always discard used tissues in the bin.
5 ) Avoid coughing in someone elses direction, and cover your mouth while coughing and sneezing with your upper arm or tissue at all times.
6) Stay in room that is well ventilated- use an air conditioner or open windows.
7) If during quarantine your health starts worsening ,immediately call your doctor and let them know of the symptoms.
8) Stock up food for the quarantine time period.
9) While in self-quarantine ,it is also important to avoid sharing household items like drinking glasses, eating utensils, bedding or any other items with someone else
These are some of things which according to me can be done during quarantine. So lets be consious about our own health and stay strong and protect against this virus which is spreading.
