Character Introduction: Becky Lack

Note: Isn’t it crazy how when you love The Sims so much, that you just end up opening Blender more than the ACTUAL game? LOGIC, AMIRITE?? So I decided to make a character post for this Sim, where I actually focus on my gameplay/writing and take a short procrastination from animating and frankenmeshing in Blender. 

Becky Lack is an EA pre-made sim from my TS3 gameplay who I’ve re-created in TS4. She was initially a smaller character but I found her story way more compelling than my actual save. So, I’m basically planning to re-tell her TS3 journey in this game. I mean, it’s kind of a loose re-telling, since I’m taking part EA story canon with story progression and some dramatization creative liberties in this re-telling ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

While she does (later) achieve her dream of being a Musician (if the spoilery album covers gave any indication), she started from the bottom as an emo/’edgy’ teen:

Some quick facts:

As with EA canon, she’s a runaway, except not from family but from a foster home.

Will live with The Crash Pad household at some point (canon).

Aspires to be a Music sensation (canon).

Has no family ties unlike the EA story. Therefore, she does not have a last name. Adopted the word “Lack” (in lieu of “Blank”) as a personal “fuck you” to the full name requests on forms.

I can’t wait to start telling this story. I don’t have a name for it yet – so I’ll just call it sour-does story. You know, cause @sourdoe ? But it’s like sour…does? Instead of sourdoe’s? Like wordplay? (crickets)

As a side note, I will be releasing poses that I use in my stories, seeing as it’s a heck of a lot easier to craft poses than to actually hunt down ones that fit my scene on the internet. I’ll also be releasing any custom cc I make throughout this story, in case anyone wants. However, I am fairly new to creation, so they’re not totally finessed - and i have no skills in weeding out bugs.
