God, 2021Movie!Sonya is just so good. She lives alone like an hermit in her secret mobile-home H.Q where she's not only keeping her conspiracy researches about some ancient homicidal tournament but also some criminal mastermind leader guy that she tied up on a chair and who's supposed to be her #1 mortal nemesis but whom she's weirdly cool with to some extent because he just chills in her couch and steals her beer and she's like "yeah sure, whatever" but also she's always this 🤏 close to deck him in the face and she did do that actually but she would do so throughout the whole movie without stopping if there wasn't a plot to take care of- like look how done she looks whenever Kano speaks. Guy's been tied up on a chair for who knows how long listening to her yapping because girl is such a yapper and they're constantly threatening to kill each other. She stabs him in the leg with his own knife on accident and she doesn't give a shit. She has trapdoors in her floor because of course Sonya Blade would have trapdoors in her floor. She loves her home but also admits the place kinda sucks. She drinks shitty beers because she probably is too tired to give a shit what she drinks as long as it works its magic on her constantly running mind. I wonder if the people of the city she lives in talk about her, if they even know about her. Like, "yeah, that's the woman living in the local wasteland, she's kinda crazy and she'll beat you up if you trespass onto her home and you'll never be seen again." No one knows she's a decorated S.F soldier, she's just the weird hardcore survivalist wasteland woman to them. She's just vibing the whole time because she's happy to know her theories are true and she's not insane but she's always known she was right anyways and now she's just 100% on board with this whole "let's save the world" plan. Hoenn vacation questions for corbeau. How does he feel soaring in general? I’d imagine that’s a new experience for him given how fast the Eon duo are. Also, how does he take falling into the pitfall trap? How would Terra get him out? City life vs the nature life of Hoenn is so different so it’s funny and interesting thinking of his experiences there. Underwater tours. Specifically the way people need to get to Sootopolis City without flying. Terra “Yea I had to figure out how to get to this city while Kyogre and Groudon were trying to kill us all. It was great.”

He's a city boy! Like sure he can jump off roofs but there's a difference between that and a Pokemon that can fly at Mach 4 at MUCH greater heights (though obviously Latios slows down when carrying people, Terra tells him to go EVEN slower when Beau's around and even then it's still too fast). He's holding onto her for dear life. But it's also really beautiful to be soaring among the clouds, looking down at the majestic of Hoenn from above. He'll realize that when he's finally brave enough to open his eyes midflight and actually look down.

Does anyone remember that old post I made of Volnutt cosplaying as Shinku and how I said I already had others in mind for the rest of the set? Well of course not because I'm the only person who's thinking of this and now I realize it's a perfect time for me to talk about it again.

Since I'm currently stuck in a perpetual Juno session, here he is in Suigintou's outfit. Although part of her story would honestly fit better for someone like Sera, I decided with Juno instead due to their similar physical traits. And I'm not only talking about their light-colored hair.

I also wanted to make it very clear that I put the dress right over Juno's body. His non-human factor is a very important part of him, so to put clothes on him as it is was quite a challenge to do properly. I am not going to play it easy and give him a temporary "Carbon" body.

#because the more I thought about it the more I was like wait.... oh wait this works too well #and just look how juno's waistline fits to a tee like hers #besides there are look-alike dolls that I thought would pair nicely with the mother units so sera would still get a lovely choice #and y'know what #though this whole thing started because I was very focused on volnutt's ball joints it still works out here #juno's got some pretty visible joints (and honestly doll/mannequin-like) too so as always I am going along with it #. . .
