I do not have a tutorial to turn you to I am sorry! Personally, I learned how to draw bears through photo study, excessive practice, examining how professionals whose work I enjoy do it and experimentation but, even I’m still learning.
Definitely take note of the differences between the facial/body structures bears have and the structures of commonly used furry animals (dogs, cats, wolves etc. it is mostly canines I see people get anatomy jumbled up with when trying to draw bears) because they ARE different!
