๐๐ผ๐บ๐ฝ๐น๐ถ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ | For more than a year Iโve been looking out to see what would be going in the arches under Wood Lane station, and the first one to open their doors is @prairiefirebbq. Traditional authentic bbq food is always heavily sought after in London, and I donโt think you get more authentic than its owner, Mike, who comes from Kansas City. Iโm a big fan, and Iโm so happy I got a second chance to try his food. The first time was last year at the relaunch of London Fields brewery at the relaunch party, but it was sliders so itโs hard to get the full picture. But believe me, I made up for it this time trying a wide range of dishes. Firstly, thereโs hot dogs on the menu, and this is always a fast track to my heart. The dog is made from beef and is SO nice. Thereโs a chilli dog available but I always go classic with a hot dog. The burger was good too, 40 day dry aged blend of rib cap, Chuck, and brisket from @hgwalter, who are one of the most widely used butchers for burger patties in London. The meat sampler gives you brisket, pulled pork, and sausage in one tin, and that brisket is to DIE FOR. I wish I had got a brisket bun ๐ฉ. I was a big fan of the chicken sandwich too. The chicken itself was nicely smoked, and wasnโt your usual overly deep fried fillet. I canโt really think of any other bbq places in west London, so this should be the obvious choice, and Iโd aim to go here anyway if you want bbq food. Plus the other half of the restaurant is their own taproom! So even weekend drinks with a bit of food would go down nicely. . . . , . . #woodlane #bbqfood #prairiefire #bbq #barbeque #bbqlondon #brisket #pulledpork #burger #burgers #cheeseburger #londonfood #londonfoodie (at Prairie Fire BBQ) https://www.instagram.com/p/B759MrBHkBo/?igshid=4d5zae4gan2e
