If I use Nahiri the Harbinger's ult to bring in a Batterskull, then Daretti Ingenious Iconoclast's ult to make 3 copies of it, do the copies have haste as well, or only the original?
The copies of Batterskull created by Daretti won't have haste, as the haste granted by Nahiri's ability doesn't change Batterskull's copiable characteristics. It's important for me to point out that Batterskull having haste doesn't confer that haste to the Germ token it creates and so you won't be able to attack with that Germ before Nahiri returns Batterskull to your hand unless you can give it haste some other way.
Topi’s Daily Card #935: Batterskull
Batterskull is probably one of the best equipment out there, and for good reason. 5 mana nets you essentially a 4/4 with vigilance and lifelink, with the ability to bounce it to your hand to reset and dodge removal. That equip cost is steep for sure, but still, those granted boosts and keywords makes that cost pretty fair. It’s the versatility that makes this equipment one of the best printed, and fits in tons of different decks, either heavily equipment based or otherwise.

If I attached an equipment or enchantment sandbar crocodile would they go in the graveyard when sandbar phases (I've always had trouble understanding phasing)
When a permanent phases out, any permanents attached to that first permanent (e.g. auras or equipment) also phase out. They remain attached to the phased out permanent and will phase back in when it does.
This is known as indirect phasing.
The attached permanent is reliant on the enchanted/equipped permanent, however, and will only phase in again if and when it does. This interaction is sometimes hilariously abused in Legacy by using Sapphire Charm or other similar cards to phase out an opponent’s Germ token along with the Batterskull that’s equipped to it. A phased out token ceases to exist when state-based actions are checked, and since the token no longer exists, there’s no way for Batterskull to ever phase back in. It’s stuck in phased-out limbo for the rest of the game.

If I flash in Batterskull via Sigarda's Aid, would I be able to equip it to any creature? Or would Batterskull's text supercede Sigarda's Aid's "You may attach it to target creature you control"?
When you control Sigarda’s Aid and Batterskull enters the battlefield under your control, both Batterskull’s living weapon ability and Sigarda’s triggered ability trigger.
Since you control both triggers, you choose their order on the stack. If Sigarda’s Aid’s trigger resolves first, then Batterskull will attach to whichever creature you targeted with the trigger and then Living Weapon will resolve, create a Germ token, and attach Batterskull to the Germ. If living weapon resolves first, then you’ll create a Germ and attach Batterskull to it, and then Sigarda’s Aid will attach Batterskull to the target of its trigger instead (if you so desire.)
TL;DR: You choose where you want Batterskull to be attached to.
