So, hedgehog baths are not wildly successful. They have been alternating between trying to drown themselves and trying to bite my fingers off. So far no one has drowned and all of my fingers are intact but that's only 3 baths down. This is Nutmeg, she's one of the 68 hedgies that we took in right before Christmas. Most of the healthier ones have already left for other rescues (not all, don't worry those of you waiting to adopt), but a few are just going to stay. Nutmeg has a weird growth on one foot, doesn't use her other back foot appropriately, is incredibly skinny, and I'm kinda thinking might have some issues eating hard food. We share a mutual distrust of each other but we are working on that. Anyway, we need some hedgie stuff because it's time to transition the remaining hedgies to a better food than meow mix.
