I learned some things from the 🌴s

Never stop shedding and keep regenerating... I was definitely at a low point with finance all budgets were cut had to keep the energy alive daily with no energy and a very low enthusiasm rate at the time. I just wanted to be constantly around people but also avoiding spaces that were prone to sickness due to covid. I spent most of my days reading material pertaining to the steps or directions available beyond human to human reliability but still easy going socially and always on go unless meditation on the sand.
