Inks for a piece I did a while ago, for scifigrl47. Trying to work myself up to colouring it.
Based off of this amazing Avengers fic. Never read any of Sci's work before, so you think I'm insane, but you're an Avengers fan? Start here.
So scifigrl47 once mentioned that Clint would one day commission a flag for Bartonia. Well, someone designed one first, but I didn't really know that at the time because it took me awhile to work on this. As you can see, I'm clearly mentally unstable and way too involved in love for these fics. xD But yeah, posting this anyway, and you can just consider it my take on the flag!
And yes, it's pinned to the "wall" using arrows, because I think Clint would totally do that to hang his stuff up.
Because I'm an utter dork who thinks like a graphic designer, I wanted this flag to represent Clint and Mr. Fantastic and Bartonia as well as possible. So I pondered it for awhile. I don't know if anyone will get this but me, but... I tried to allude to Clint's purple sunglasses here. Also, the border color is the color of his SHIELD uniform... and the "lenses" are actually in the shape of arrowheads. With Mr. Fantastic chillin' in the center like the boss he is. I kind of simplified the Roomba, and made him grey so the "permanent marker" would show up. And then I found a picture that was similar of a REAL Roomba and edited the crap out of it so he looked like Mr. F. And voila, we have this!
Hope someone likes it! :P It was a lot of fun to make, I must admit.
